Individual Leadership Coaching
With our Individual Leadership Coaching, you'll work with an experienced leadership coach through one-on-one online sessions to develop the skills and strategies necessary to excel in your role. Our coaches will guide you through a customised plan, addressing your specific challenges and helping you achieve lasting results.
PLUS...
Once you have completed your Individual Coaching you will be invited to join an Advanced Leadership Group (ALG) - yes, invite only!
ALGs are ONLY for those who have completed 1:1 Coaching - and capped at 8 per group - loads of time for you to vent, share and keep growing your leadership skills!
ALGs get 8 x 90-minute Zoom catch-ups per Term - a support system like you've never had before!
Catch-ups are customised to suit the leadership learning and support needs of each group - you will learn from and support each other with the guidance of one of our AMAZING Coaches.
Catch-ups are recorded - so you never miss out on the value of your Group.
How Do I Start?
Step 1
CLICK HERE to book your FREE Coaching Consultation so you can confirm coaching is right for you. Consultation is via Zoom (or your preferred platform) for 20-30 mins with the wonderful Lisa Wiking - our Leadsership Coach and School Staff Energiser.
Step 2
During the Coaching Consultation, Lisa will ask about your leadership challenges and goals so we can customise a Coaching Plan to suit you.
Step 3
If you wish to proceed, we will forward a formal quote for approval, and you will then be ready to take your Leadership Skills to the next level!
